Understanding the Dashboard
The dashboard is your command center for managing feedback. Here's a quick tour of what you'll find.
Main Navigation
The sidebar contains your main navigation:

| Inbox | Review and manage all feedback |
| Boards | Manage your feedback boards |
| Roadmap | Organize your public roadmap |
| Changelog | Write and publish release notes |
| Settings | Workspace and portal configuration |
Inbox
The inbox is where you'll spend most of your time. It shows all feedback across your boards with powerful filtering:
- Filter by board — Focus on one board at a time
- Filter by status — See only Open, Planned, etc.
- Filter by tag — View feedback by category
- Filter by owner — See what's assigned to you or a teammate
- Search — Find specific feedback by keyword
Sorting Options
- Newest — Most recent submissions first
- Oldest — Oldest submissions first
- Most Votes — Highest voted feedback first
Working With Posts
Click any post to open the detail view where you can:
- Change status — Move through your workflow
- Add tags — Categorize the feedback
- Assign owner — Assign to a team member
- Write response — Post an official team response
- Add to roadmap — Include on your public roadmap
- View comments — See the discussion
- Edit or delete — Modify or remove the post
Quick Actions
From the inbox, you can quickly:
- Change status with one click
- See vote counts at a glance
- Identify posts needing attention
Keyboard Shortcuts
Speed up your workflow with keyboard shortcuts:
