Customize how your roadmap looks and works.
Roadmap Visibility
Each roadmap can be:
Public
- Anyone can view
- Linked from your portal navigation
- Shareable URL
Private
- Only team members can view
- For internal planning
- Hidden from public portal
To change visibility:
- Open the roadmap settings
- Toggle Public on or off
- Changes apply immediately
Column Configuration
Roadmap columns come from your statuses. To configure:
- Go to Settings → Statuses
- Edit each status
- Toggle "Show on Roadmap"
Recommended Setup

This shows users your pipeline: Planned → In Progress → Complete.
Roadmap URL
Your roadmap URL is based on the slug:
https://[workspace].quackback.io/roadmap/[slug]The default roadmap (first in list) is also available at:
https://[workspace].quackback.io/roadmapChanging the Slug
- Open roadmap settings
- Edit the Slug field
- Old URLs will stop working (no redirects)
Items Per Column
Roadmaps show all items in each column. For large roadmaps:
- Items are ordered by position (drag to reorder)
- Users scroll horizontally between columns
- Each column scrolls independently
Board Filtering
By default, roadmaps show items from all boards. Some teams prefer to filter:
- Configure which boards appear on which roadmaps
- Useful for multi-product setups
