Sharing Your Roadmap

Your roadmap is available at a public URL. Here's how to share it with users.

Roadmap URL

Your roadmap is available at:

https://[your-slug].quackback.io/roadmap

If you have multiple roadmaps, each has its own URL:

https://[your-slug].quackback.io/roadmap/[roadmap-slug]

Where to Share

From Your Portal

Users can access the roadmap from your portal navigation. It's linked automatically.

From Your App

Add a "Roadmap" link in your product:

  • Help menu
  • Footer
  • "What's New" section
  • Settings page

From Your Website

Link from your marketing site:

  • Dedicated roadmap page
  • Footer navigation
  • Pricing page (shows product investment)

In Communications

Share the link in:

  • Onboarding emails
  • Newsletter updates
  • Support responses
  • Release announcements

What Users See

When users visit your roadmap, they see:

Columns

Roadmap columns based on your statuses:

  • Planned
  • In Progress
  • Complete

Cards

Each card shows:

  • Post title
  • Vote count
  • Board name (if multiple boards)

Voting

Users can vote directly from the roadmap view (requires sign-in).

Details

Clicking a card shows the full post with:

  • Description
  • Comments
  • Official response (if any)

Roadmap and Feedback Together

Your roadmap links back to feedback. This connection:

  • Shows users their voice matters
  • Lets users add comments to roadmap items
  • Allows voting on planned features

Custom Domain

For a branded experience, use a custom domain:

roadmap.yourcompany.com
