Creating Your Workspace

Set up your Quackback workspace in a few simple steps.

Creating Your Workspace

A workspace is your team's home in Quackback. It contains all your feedback boards, roadmaps, team members, and settings.

Create Your Workspace

  1. Go to app.quackback.io and click Get Started
  2. Enter your workspace name (usually your company or product name)
  3. Choose a URL slug — this becomes your portal address (e.g., yourcompany.quackback.io)
  4. Enter your name and email
  5. Verify your email with the code we send you

That's it — your workspace is ready.

What Happens Next

After creating your workspace, you'll land on your admin dashboard. From here you can:

  • Create your first feedback board
  • Customize your portal branding
  • Invite team members

Your Portal URL

Your public feedback portal is immediately available at:

https://[your-slug].quackback.io

You can also set up a custom domain later (e.g., feedback.yourcompany.com).

One Workspace Per Product

Most teams use one workspace per product. If you have multiple products, you can create separate workspaces for each.
