Manage your Quackback subscription, view invoices, and update payment information.
Accessing Billing
- Go to Settings → Billing
- View your current plan and usage
Current Plan
See your active subscription:
- Plan name — Free, Pro, or Team
- Billing cycle — Monthly or yearly
- Next billing date — When you'll be charged
- Usage — Team members, boards, etc.
Upgrading Your Plan
Free to Pro
Unlock advanced features:
- Click Upgrade to Pro
- Choose billing cycle (monthly or yearly)
- Enter payment information
- Confirm upgrade
Your upgrade is instant. Features unlock immediately.
Pro to Team
For larger teams:
- Click Upgrade to Team
- Review new features and pricing
- Confirm upgrade
Upgrades are prorated — you only pay the difference.
Downgrading
To a Lower Plan
- Click Change Plan
- Select the lower tier
- Confirm downgrade
Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. You keep features until then.
What Happens When You Downgrade
- Extra team members — Removed access (you choose who)
- Extra boards — Archived (still accessible for export)
- Premium features — Disabled
Payment Methods
Adding a Card
- Go to Payment Methods
- Click Add Card
- Enter card details
- Click Save
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Updating Your Card
- Click the card you want to update
- Enter new details
- Click Save
Removing a Card
- Add a new card first (if primary)
- Click Remove on the old card
- Confirm removal
Invoices
Viewing Invoices
All invoices are available in the billing section:
- Date and amount
- Plan details
- Payment status
Downloading Invoices
Click any invoice to download a PDF for your records.

Each invoice includes:
- Your billing information
- Line items and amounts
- Tax (if applicable)
- Payment confirmation
Billing Information
Company Details
Add company information for invoices:
- Company name
- Address
- Tax ID / VAT number
Billing Email
Invoices are sent to your billing email. To change:
- Click Billing Email
- Enter new email
- Click Update
Cancellation
Canceling Your Subscription
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Choose a reason (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
After Cancellation
- Access continues until period ends
- Data preserved for 30 days
- Can resubscribe anytime
- Export data before expiration
Resubscribing
If you change your mind:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Resubscribe
- Your data and settings are restored

You're charged on your billing date each month or year, depending on your billing cycle.

Contact support within 14 days of a charge for refund consideration.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, all new workspaces get a 14-day Pro trial. No credit card required.
