Manage your subscription, payment methods, and invoices.

Billing

Manage your Quackback subscription, view invoices, and update payment information.

Accessing Billing

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. View your current plan and usage

Current Plan

See your active subscription:

  • Plan name — Free, Pro, or Team
  • Billing cycle — Monthly or yearly
  • Next billing date — When you'll be charged
  • Usage — Team members, boards, etc.

Upgrading Your Plan

Free to Pro

Unlock advanced features:

  1. Click Upgrade to Pro
  2. Choose billing cycle (monthly or yearly)
  3. Enter payment information
  4. Confirm upgrade

Your upgrade is instant. Features unlock immediately.

Pro to Team

For larger teams:

  1. Click Upgrade to Team
  2. Review new features and pricing
  3. Confirm upgrade

Upgrades are prorated — you only pay the difference.

Downgrading

To a Lower Plan

  1. Click Change Plan
  2. Select the lower tier
  3. Confirm downgrade

Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. You keep features until then.

What Happens When You Downgrade

  • Extra team members — Removed access (you choose who)
  • Extra boards — Archived (still accessible for export)
  • Premium features — Disabled

Payment Methods

Adding a Card

  1. Go to Payment Methods
  2. Click Add Card
  3. Enter card details
  4. Click Save

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Updating Your Card

  1. Click the card you want to update
  2. Enter new details
  3. Click Save

Removing a Card

  1. Add a new card first (if primary)
  2. Click Remove on the old card
  3. Confirm removal

Invoices

Viewing Invoices

All invoices are available in the billing section:

  • Date and amount
  • Plan details
  • Payment status

Downloading Invoices

Click any invoice to download a PDF for your records.

Invoice Details

Each invoice includes:

  • Your billing information
  • Line items and amounts
  • Tax (if applicable)
  • Payment confirmation

Billing Information

Company Details

Add company information for invoices:

  • Company name
  • Address
  • Tax ID / VAT number

Billing Email

Invoices are sent to your billing email. To change:

  1. Click Billing Email
  2. Enter new email
  3. Click Update

Cancellation

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Choose a reason (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation

After Cancellation

  • Access continues until period ends
  • Data preserved for 30 days
  • Can resubscribe anytime
  • Export data before expiration

Resubscribing

If you change your mind:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Resubscribe
  3. Your data and settings are restored

When am I charged?

You're charged on your billing date each month or year, depending on your billing cycle.

Can I get a refund?

Contact support within 14 days of a charge for refund consideration.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, all new workspaces get a 14-day Pro trial. No credit card required.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer:

  • 20% off yearly plans
  • Non-profit discounts (contact us)
  • Startup discounts (contact us)
