Configure your workspace name, branding, and general options.

Workspace Settings

Manage your workspace's identity and core configuration.

Accessing Workspace Settings

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar
  2. Select General

Workspace Identity

Workspace Name

Your workspace name appears in:

  • The navigation header
  • Email notifications
  • Browser tab titles
  • Team invitations

To change:

  1. Enter new name in the Workspace Name field
  2. Click Save Changes

Workspace Slug

The URL-friendly identifier for your workspace:

  • Used in your portal URL: yourslug.quackback.io
  • Used in API endpoints
  • Must be unique across all Quackback workspaces

Note: Changing your slug will break existing links. Redirects are not automatic.

Upload a custom logo that appears in:

  • Your public portal header
  • Email notifications
  • The admin dashboard

Supported formats:

  • PNG, JPG, SVG
  • Recommended size: 200x50 pixels
  • Maximum file size: 2MB

Branding Options

Primary Color

Customize the accent color used throughout your portal:

  • Buttons and links
  • Status badges
  • Interactive elements

Enter a hex color code or use the color picker.

Favicon

Upload a custom favicon for browser tabs:

  • Recommended: 32x32 pixels
  • Supported formats: ICO, PNG

Danger Zone

These actions are irreversible. Proceed with caution.

Delete Workspace

Permanently delete your workspace and all data:

  • All feedback posts
  • All comments and votes
  • All team members
  • All settings

To delete:

  1. Scroll to Danger Zone
  2. Click Delete Workspace
  3. Type your workspace name to confirm
  4. Click Permanently Delete

Warning: This action cannot be undone. Export your data first if needed.

Transfer Ownership

Transfer workspace ownership to another admin:

  1. Ensure the new owner is already an admin
  2. Click Transfer Ownership
  3. Select the new owner
  4. Confirm the transfer

You'll become a regular admin after transfer.

Best Practices

Workspace Naming

  • Use your company or product name
  • Keep it short and recognizable
  • Avoid special characters

Branding Consistency

  • Match colors to your product
  • Use the same logo as your main site
  • Maintain brand recognition
