Notifications
Quackback keeps users informed about feedback they care about through email notifications.
How Notifications Work
Users subscribe to feedback posts. When something happens, subscribers get notified:
- User subscribes — Automatically when they submit, vote, or comment
- Something changes — Status update, new comment, official response
- Email sent — Subscribers receive an email
- User stays informed — They can take action if needed
Subscription Triggers
Users automatically subscribe when they:
- Submit a post
- Vote on a post
- Comment on a post
Users can also manually subscribe or unsubscribe.
