Team Members vs Portal Users
Quackback has two types of users:
Team Members
Your internal team who manages feedback:
- Access the admin dashboard
- Change statuses, add tags, assign owners
- Respond to feedback
- Manage settings
Portal Users
Your customers who submit feedback:
- Access the public portal
- Submit ideas, vote, comment
- Cannot access admin dashboard
Roles
Team members have one of three roles:
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access including billing and danger zone |
| Admin | Full access except billing and workspace deletion |
| Member | Can manage feedback, cannot change settings |
