Inviting Team Members

Add colleagues to your Quackback workspace.

Inviting Team Members

Invite your team to collaborate on feedback management.

Sending an Invitation

  1. Go to SettingsTeam
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Enter their name
  5. Select a role (Admin or Member)
  6. Click Send Invitation

The invitee receives an email with a link to join.

What Invitees See

The invitation email includes:

  • Your workspace name
  • Who invited them
  • Their assigned role
  • A link to accept

Accepting an Invitation

When the invitee clicks the link:

  1. They sign in (or create an account)
  2. They're added to your workspace
  3. They land on the admin dashboard

Invitation Expiration

Invitations expire after 7 days. If expired:

  • Resend the invitation
  • Or send a new one

Managing Pending Invitations

View pending invitations in SettingsTeam:

  • See who hasn't accepted yet
  • Resend if needed
  • Cancel invitations

Roles When Inviting

Choose the right role:

RoleWhen to Use
AdminManagers who need full access to settings
MemberTeam members who manage feedback only

Only Owners and Admins can invite new members.

Invitation Limits

Depending on your plan:

  • Free: Limited team members
  • Pro/Team: More team members
  • Enterprise: Unlimited
